INSPIRE’s Inclusive
Cooking & Grilling Class
Designed for Individuals with Disabilities
​
INSPIRE is pleased to offer an engaging, hands-on cooking and grilling class created to support individuals with disabilities in developing practical kitchen skills, confidence, and independence.
​
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare simple foods using a grill or electric burner, create easy side dishes, and make simple snacks in an encouraging community environment.
