Fathers First
Life Skills Empowerment
Vision
To unite dads in a supportive community that encourages growth, accountability, and emotional strength.
We empower dads to show up fully for their children, build healthy family relationships, and lead with confidence and purpose.
Fathers First Proudly Presents...
T.E.A.M. Dad & Fathers Empowerment
Fathers play an essential role in the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral development of their kids. Despite the established significance of fathers, there remain few resources and minimal support available for men with children.
Our transformative programs uplift and unite fathers, father figures, and expectant fathers to connect and grow in a safe, informal, and judgment-free community.
Fathers come together to support one another, exchange wisdom, and embrace the joys and challenges of fatherhood, discovering strength and inspiration in their shared purpose of leading and nurturing their families.
T.E.A.M Dad
T.E.A.M. (Teaching, Empowering, Advocating for, and Mentoring) Dad is designed to support fathers and father figures and every man who plays a role in the life of a child with children aged from birth to three or with a pregnant partner.
We provide one-on-one, in-home, or virtual sessions focusing on parenting skills, child development, co-parenting, and personal responsibility to build engaged, confident fathers.

Fathers Empowerment
Fathers Empowerment Supporting Fathers
Each week, fathers come together to learn, grow, and support one another in a judgment‑free environment.
They discuss the highs and lows of parenting, gain strategies for discipline and communication, and build a network of men who understand their journey.
These fathers learn how to navigate work‑life balance, manage stress, and build positive routines that support their mental and emotional well‑being.

They share advice, celebrate wins, and form friendships that last beyond the weekly meetings.
