Barbara is an advocate and voice to building pathways to opportunities for young men and young fathers. 

Prior to creating INSPIRE, Barbara created, designed, developed, implemented, directed and facilitated support groups for youth and seniors volunteer programs as well as a program for grandparents and relatives caring for minor children.  Barbara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Resources from University of Maryland.  She has more than 20 years of experience working with military and multigenerational families, delinquent and dependent youth, teaching parenting class, case management, training and is a trained guardian ad litem volunteer.

Gerrett "Shay" Hall
Coordinator/Lead Mentor

At INSPIRE, Shay conducts outreach and recruitment for participants and program activities, provide referrals to community partners, conducts assessments, provide exemplary mentoring to our young men and facilitates workshops and support circles.  Shay has national and International (Iceland & Japan) experience in diverse communities and cultures and volunteers with youth sports.

Dwight facilitates INSPIRE’s intake process for mentors, supervise mentors and workshop facilitators, conducts assessments and provides the coordination of office operations.

 

Dwight holds Associates Degrees in Criminal Justice, Management and Paralegal Administration; a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Maryland and is pursuing Master’s Degree in Education from University of Phoenix.

Dwight is a Law Office Manager, USAF, Retired with over 25 years extensive national and international experience in management and governance of law offices.   He has designed, developed and facilitated military law training programs as well as numerous other military training programs.  He is an experienced Local Veterans’ Employment Representative who provides services to veterans.

Dr. Gayle Ingraham
Trainer/Consultant

Dr.  Gayle Ingraham is a leading consultant on Not-For-Profit Program Management, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Business Consultant, Parenting Involvement, Single Parenting and Behavioral Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Business Management; a Master Degree in Education and a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. Dr. Ingraham has spent the past 20 years in a range of professions that includes case management, counseling, social work, behavioral specialist and most recently program management.
